Ladies & Gentlemen:
When ICPB started Conventions India a few years ago, it was done with the
objectives of creating a platform for networking and for learning. Each event
has been a great success and we are now delighted to take the 5th Conventions
India MICE Conclave to Hyderabad on December 19 & 20, 2008.
Why Hyderabad ?
India is growing and so are its meeting and convention facilities. This year's
event will showcase not only what is one of India's top meeting venue, but also
showcase a city and a state that have understood what the business of
conventions is all about. At the event you will get a first-hand experience of
India's first purpose-built convention centre. Also experience one of the newest
and finest airports in South Asia. All the host hotels and local partners will
show you a face of Hyderabad you have never seen before. Being in South India
also gives us an opportunity to meet and network with many of the players in the
Indian meeting industry from a buyer and a supplier side who may not have joined
us in our previous events.
The Conclave will provide you an opportunity to interact with the Bureau's
members who are specialists in the organization of meetings and conventions and
also other suppliers who would show-case their products during the Conclave.
This is a group that form the backbone of any major event taking place in the
country.
The India Convention Promotion Bureau (lCPB) disseminates information about
infrastructural facilities and related services for planning & organising
meetings and conventions and assists in marketing them globally. This Conclave
is a unique event for the participants to create an excellent sharing and
learning opportunity. The speakers at the Conclave are active industry
professionals, enjoying high levels of creative experience and would offer
participants a focus on the challenging and changing future. Another benefit of
the Conclave is the range of informal discussions which take place outside the
formal programme often setting the basis for future long-term relationships.
