Registration Sponsor
Sponsorship of Registration is limited to one company in
association with the event logo. The package includes:
- Branded Large Backdrop at Registration Desks
- Branded Kick-Board at Registration Desks
- Branded Visitor and Delegate Badges Branded Lanyards
- Branded Sashes for Registration Staff
Sponsorship Fee: INR 300,000/-
Delegate Kit Bags Sponsor
Sponsorship of Delegate Kit Bags is limited to one company in
association with the event logo. The design of the logo for the
bags is the responsibility of the sponsor and must include ICPB
Conclave 2006 logo. The bags will be distributed from the
registration desk. The organisers reserve the right to sell
‘insert opportunities’ to exhibitors.

Inserts in DelegateKit Bags Sponsor
A maximum of 6 inserts will be sold to contracted
exhibitors/sponsors for inclusion in the kit bags.
Sponsorship Fee: INR 75,000/-
Notepads/Pens
The Conclave attendees will receive a notepad and matching pen
as part of their registration, complete with the event logo, and
the corporate name and logo of the respective sponsor on each
item. Imprint colors, notepad and pen selection will be at the
discretion of the Interim Congress.

Portfolios
A quality portfolio comprising the final programme, notepad,
pen, and neck badge holder will be provided to the delegates.
The ICPB Event logo and the corporate name/logo of the sponsor
will appear on the portfolio. The selection of the portfolio and
imprint colors will be at the discretion of the Interim
Congress.

Neck Badge Holders
As part of their registration, each attendee will receive a name
badge accompanied by a neck badge holder decorated with the
corporate name and logo of the sponsor, alongside the ICPB Event
logo. Lanyard selection and the choice of the imprint color will
be at the discretion of the ICPB.
